    In the article author analyzes roles of workers from Ukraine on the Polish market, trying to answer a question: whether in today's job conditions in the era of liberalization and legal possibility to work in Poland we can tell about complementary employing workers, or if still we are facing with substitution of employing workers from Ukraine - as it took place in past years. The assessment of this role was made on the basis of research conducted in period September 2007 - March 2008 at a few Ukrainian job agencies specializing in recruitment abroad.
