For several decades, digital technology has revolutionized the world of construction. The advent of BIM (building information modeling) has attempted to solve the problem of project management between collaborators. After an extensive literature review on the adoption of BIM we have identified a major problem in the management of construction projects: lack of communication and collaboration between stakeholders. In this article we will try to solve this problem by applying a collaborative engineering method on an architectural project using BIM to solve the problem of collaborative work. To do this we are proposing, with the help of a collaborative engineering method, models to organize the work of the actors by defining the phases and modes of intervention and their temporalities.en_EN
