Fundamentals of effective business strategies

Abstract

"...głównym celem tej pozycji jest próba wyjaśnienia współczesnego pojęcia ,,skutecznej strategii biznesu" i jej sensu oraz możliwości praktycznych. W związku z tym w niniejszym opracowaniu skoncentrowano się syntetycznie jedynie na takich słowach kluczowych, jak: skuteczna strategia biznesu, modelowa koncepcja strategii i jej bezpieczeństwo oraz ryzyko i jakość zarządzania strategią. Świadomie też zrezygnowano z fragmentów empirycznych, koncentrując się jedynie na elementach teoretycznych, ale o praktycznym, oprócz naukowego, charakterze. Bardziej obszerny wykład naukowo-pragmatyczny można znaleźć w licznych publikacjach oraz książce autora niniejszego opracowania pt. ,,Modelowanie strategii biznesu" (jest w niej pełna dokumentacja empiryczna). Cel opracowania znajduje odzwierciedlenie w jego konstrukcji i treściach merytorycznych poszczególnych rozdziałów. ...""...the main objective of this paper is the attempt to explain the contemporary notion of "effective business strategy", its sense and practical usage. For that reason, this publication synthetically concentrates only on such key words as: effective business strategy, model concept of strategy, related security and risks, and quality of strategy management. Also, empiric fragments have been intentionally omitted, and the attention was given to theoretical elements, which are nevertheless not only scientific but also practical. More detailed scientific and pragmatic lecture can be found in numerous publications and in the book by the author of this paper, entitled: "Business Strategy Modeling" (which contains complete empiric documentation).
