Abstrakt
This paper investigates whether a quantum computer can efficiently
simulate the atom deexcitation process with emission of photon. An
algorithm is presented for simulating of the atom-photon interaction and
photon free propagation, implemented on standard two-input gates. The paper
examines the properties of the proposed algorithm and then compares
the obtained results with the theoretical predictions.
