Abstract
The functioning of the teams of employees in the enterprises of advanced
technologi es. Making use of the teams of employees is becomming a very
important issue in the functioning of of the modern enterprises, including
the ones of advanced technologies, whose aim is to develope permanently
and find innovative solutions. The article presents the researches applying
to the chosen aspects of the functioning of the teams of employees in the
companies of IT industry.
