    Knowledge sharing in the context of post merger integration poses unique challenges to the human management. Often post merger knowledge sharing occurs across the boundary of two previous separate organizations. Thus, one can easily speculate that all of the problematic elements of knowledge in organizations will be amplified in post merger integration contexts. This paper present basie barriers in knowledge transfer in post merger situation.
