Skuteczny lider gwarantem na rynkowy sukces organizacji

Abstract

Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce wpływu postaw i zachowań lidera na sukces organizacji. Rozpatrując powyższe zagadnienie nie tylko starano się o uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie jaki jest lider (kierownik) w ogóle, lecz jaki jest jako uczestnik organizacji, na czym polega mechanizm jego uczestnictwa, i jaką odgrywa on rolę w życiu organizacji. W pracy wykazano, iż wydatny wpływ na to, czy przedsięwzięcia realizowane przez organizację okażą się być efektywne, wywiera lider organizacji. Ponadto zauważono, iż wpływ ten uwarunkowany jest poprzez prezentowany styl kierowania, odzwierciedlający specyficzne, osobowościowe cechy charakteru lidera. W referacie dokonano również przeglądu definiowania powiązanych tematycznie pojęć z zakresu nauk o organizacji i zarządzaniu, czyli "organizacja", "lider organizacji", "sukces organizacji". Za istotną wartość dodaną uznać należy położenie nacisku na wymienienie jak największej ilości przykładów praktycznych ze świata biznesu.

Article is about how attitudes and behavior of organization leader affects its chance for success. Considering this issue, article goal was not only to find answer to question how the organization leader generally is (should be), but also how is he as an organization member, and what is his role. The study showed that the leader of the organization has major influence on whether the projects implemented by the organization found to be effective. Moreover it has been noted that the result of leader influence is determined through style of leadership that depend on specific, individualistic traits of his personality. The paper also contains an review of the most important definitions related to the organization and management science, such as "organization", "organization leader", "success of organization". At last, emphasis on presentation of as many as possible practical examples from the business world should be acknowledged as the significant added value of the article.
