do czynienia z kompozytem majacym budowę, którą można nazwać zmienną
o deterministycznej mikrostrukturze.
uwarstwienia. Tego rodzaju materiały FGM nazywać będziemy materiałami
o podłużnej gradacji własności.
Celem rozważań jest uzyskanie i zastosowanie makroskopowych modeli
matematycznych opisujacych termomechaniczne zachowania przedstawionych
uśrednione równania opisujące dynamikę i stateczność cienkich płyt wykonanych
z materiałów o podłużnej gradacji własności. W przeciwieństwie do opisu
bezpośredniego, w którym równania zawierają nieciągłe i silnie oscylujące
współczynniki, uśrednione równania proponowanych modeli maja gładkie i wolno
W opracowaniu przedstawiono zastosowania otrzymanych równań modelu do
rozwiązania wybranych zagadnień stacjonarnego i niestacjonarnego przewodzenia
ciepła w wydrażonym cylindrze i pasmie o podłużnych gradacjach
własności. Zbadano również problem drgań swobodnych cienkiej płyty
pierścieniowej o podłużnej gradacji własności i podobnej płyty spoczywającej
na dwuparametrowym niejednorodnym podłożu sprężystym. Ogólne równania
stateczności cienkich płyt wykonanych z materiałów o podłużnej gradacji
własności zastosowano do określenia sił krytycznych w pasmie płytowym
i płycie pierścieniowej.
The object of this contribution are composites with an inhomogeneous microstructure which is periodic along a certain direction and have smoothly varying apparent properties in the perpendicular direction. Generally speaking, we deal with composites having what can be called space-varying microstructure. Since slowly varying apparent properties in the preferred direction can characterize a smooth passage from one component material to the other, than we deal with special class of the functionally graded materials (FGM). Considerations are restricted to the two-phased of the functionally graded-type composites with a deterministic microstructure. These composites are made of two different homogeneous materials. The characteristic feature of these solids is that their effective properties are slowly-varying along the layering. In this case we say that the aforementioned functionally graded materials are longitudinally graded. The aim of the contribution is to formulate and apply a macroscopic mathematical models describing the thermomechanical behaviour of these solids. The formulation of two mathematical models of these structures is based on the tolerance averaging approach. The characteristic feature of this technique is that this take into account the effect of the microstructure size on the overall behaviour of the composite solids. In this contribution averaged governing equations for heat conduction in certain longitudinally graded heat conductors, dynamics and stability of thin plates with longitudinally graded structure are derived. In contrary to direct equations with non-continuous, highly oscillating coefficients, the proposed model equations have smooth and slowly varying functional coefficients. Hence, the solutions to specific problems for longitudinally graded structures under considerations can to be obtained using well-known numerical method.
