    This article presents current knowledge about swallowing difficulties (dysphagia), its epidemiology and characteristics. The author will analyse dysphagia risk factors and describe the common pathomechanism of dysphagia and dysphonia. So far, parameters of voice analysis in its significant conditions have not yet been clearly identified. Literature about this issue is also limited. The voice acquisition probes Sagv2 project was launched in response to this lack of knowledge.
