Bariery wdrażania Total Productive Maintenance w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych

Abstract

Wydajność maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych jest jednym z istotnych czynników decydujących o sukcesie przedsiębiorstwa. Przygotowanie procesu ukierunkowanego na zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania parku maszynowego należy do zakresu zadań koncepcji kompleksowego utrzymania ruchu (TPM). W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych dotyczące barier wdrażania koncepcji Total Productive Maintenance w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych. Artykuł prezentuje niektóre wyniki badań przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych zlokalizowanych na terenie całej Polski, z różnych sektorów gospodarki.Productivity of production equipment (machinery) is one of the most significant determinants of the enterprise to be successful. Preparation process focused on increasing grade (rate) of machinery usage belongs to the scope of tasks in Total productive maintenance conception (TPM). In this article there are presented the author’s own research results concerning Implementation barriers of Total Productive Maintenance in manufacturing enterprises. Article presents 157 results of research concerning manufacturing enterprises located throughout Poland of different economy sectors.
