Metaforyczny opis organizacji publicznej. Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna w świetle teorii Garetha Morgana

Abstract

Celem pracy jest zweryfikowanie hipotezy, że teoria Garetha Morgana – metaforyczne podejście do organizacji – jest przydatna do opisu publicznej – rządowej organizacji, której działania podlegają restrykcyjnym regulacjom prawnym i sformalizowanym procedurom. Modelem jest Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna – organizacja – instytucja działająca w dziedzinie zdrowia publicznego.

The aim of this article is to verify the hypothesis, that Gareth Morgan's theory – a metaphorical approach to the organization, is useful to characterize of a governmental organization, whose activities are subject to restrictive legal regulations and formalized procedures. The model is the State Sanitary Inspection – an organization – an institution operating in the field of public health.
