dc.description.abstractKolagen jest najstarszym filogenicznie białkiem. Jego budowa strukturalna i potencjalne możliwości wykorzystania nie zostały do końca wystarczająco poznane. Bardzo dynamiczny rozwój biologii molekularnej i mikrotechnik pomiarowych przyczynił się do odkrycia nowych typów kolagenu. Niniejsza praca stanowi syntetyczny przegląd postępu w badaniach struktury funkcji i biosyntezy różnych typów kolagenu.pl_PL
dc.description.abstractCollagen is phylogenically the oldest protein. Structure and potential opportunities of usage were not fully known. Very dynamic development of molecular biology and measurement techniques contributed to discovery of new types of collagen. This work provides a synthetic review of progress of researches regarding the structure, function and biosynthesis of various types of collagen.en_EN
