dc.description.abstractThis publication presents Eco-management and Audyt Scheme (EMAS) and examines the implementation issues in pharmaceutical company. EMAS is the European instrument, which encourages different organizations to continuously improve the environmental performance. For the aggregation of data were used questionnaires. Studies showed that despite many weaknesses in the organization employees are willing to implement environmental policy of the companyen_EN
