Wykorzystanie struktury organizacyjnej w zarządzaniu wiedzą - studium przypadku.

Abstract

W artykule poruszono tematykę zastosowania struktury organizacyjnej w zarządzaniu wiedzą. W części teoretycznej opracowania zidentyfikowano cechy struktury organizacyjnej z perspektywy zarządzania wiedzą, a w części empirycznej ocenie poddano rozwiązanie organizacyjne funkcjonujące w P.I.W. Wifama-Prexer Sp. z o.o. Wyniki badań skłaniają do wniosku, że odpowiednio dopasowana, elastyczna struktura o cechach nowoczesnych form organizacyjnych może stanowić podstawowe narzędzie zarządzania wiedzą.

The article addresses the subject of the use of the organizational structure in knowledge management. In the theoretical part of this paper we have identified characteristics of organizational structure from the perspective of knowledge management, and in the empirical part we have evaluated the organizational solutions functioning in the P.I.W. Wifama-Prexer Sp. z o.o. The results lead to the conclusion that a properly tailored, flexible structure with the features of modern organizational forms can be a basic tool for knowledge management.
