Pozycja Analiza stateczności stalowych wież telekomunikacyjnych o parametrach losowych(Wydawnictwo Politechniki Łódzkiej, 2011) Kamiński, Marcin; Szafran, Jacek; Świta, PiotrTematem pracy jest zastosowanie uogólnionej metody perturbacji stochastycznej do wyznaczenia probabilistycznych momentów obciążenia krytycznego stalowych wież telekomunikacyjnych. Pozycja Comparison of the Aluminium Versus Steel Telecommunication Towers in Stochastic Finite Element Method Eigenvibrations Analysis(Wydawnictwo Politechniki Łódzkiej ; Katedra Dynamiki Maszyn - Wydział Mechaniczny Politechniki Łódzkiej, 2011) Solecka, Marta; Kamiński, Marcin; Szafran, JacekThe main aim of this paper is to make a comparison of the eigenfrequencies of the high telecommunication towers alternatively manufactured using the stainless steel and the aluminium components. It is provided each time assuming that the Young modulus of the applied material· is the Gaussian input random variable and using the generalized stochastic perturbation method using the global version of the Response Function Method. Up to the fourth order probabilistic moments and characteristics are computed in the three dimensional Finite Element Method model of the tower composed from the continuous linear elastic edge beams spanned by the large number of the linear elastic bars. A computational part of the work is made using the hybrid usage of the computer algebra system MAPLE and the FEM engineering package ROBOT used widely in the civil engineering practice. Pozycja Stochastyczna analiza drgań wymuszonych stalowych wieź telekomunikacyjnych(Publishing House of Rzeszow University of Technology, 2014) Kamiński, Marcin; Szafran, JacekThe main aim of this paper is a presentation of computational analysis of the forced vibration of the steel telecommunication tower resulting from the uncertain wind blows with the use of the Stochastic Finite Element Method. This approach is based upon the Taylor expansion with random coefficients of a general order for all input and output random functions and determination of the structural response related to some input Gaussian design parameter. The forced vibration problem is solved numerically by using the Finite Element Method system ROBOT Professional, while the response functions are determined symbolically in the environment of the program MAPLE, where all the probabilistic coefficients are additionally computed. Deterministic form of the response functions are derived analytically with the help of the Least Squares Method and the series of the FEM-based experiments provided for the several discrete values of the design parameter that fluc-tuates about its expected value. The basic random parameter considered here is mean velocity of the wind, whose pressure is applied on the tower skeleton. The method proposed in this elabora-tion may be successfully further applied for a determination of the reliability indices for various engineering structures exhibiting different random parameters and also with deterministic loading spectra.Pozycja XXVII LSCE 2021 : Lightweight Structures in Civil Engineering. Contemporary problems. Book of Abstracts(Wydawnictwo Politechniki Łódzkiej, 2021) Szafran, Jacek; Kamiński, Marcin; Lodz University of Technology. Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering - Department of Structural MechanicsFor over a quarter of a century, every first Friday of December has been reserved for many people for a longawaited event – the LSCE conference. For all members of Polish Chapters of the International Association for Shell and Spatial Structures, as well as for many other engineers and researchers, this is an opportunity to meet colleagues and share the results of their latest work with them. This year's meeting is already the 27th of this series.Numerous participation of Polish researchers in the work of the IASS in the mid-1990s resulted in the establishment of the Polish Chapter of the IASS, which was the largest national group in the Association. The LSCE conference became a forum for meetings and a place for coordination of organizational activities. From the very beginning, however, it attracted participants from many other countries and was never limited only to Poland.[...]Pozycja XXVII LSCE 2021: Lightweight Structures in Civil Engineering.
