It is also important to popularise the idea of turquoise organizations, which is of interest to an increasing number of management theorists and practitioners. An important issue for organizational culture is the professional functioning of the new generations – the „Zˮ generation, which is already present on the labor market, and the „Alphaˮ generation, which will enter adulthood in a few years. This article attempts to characterise synthetically various types of organizations.
