Abstrakt
Od dłuższego już czasu daje się zauważyć wzrost rangi przemysłów wysokiej
techniki i rozwoju przedsiębiorstw wysokich technologii. Przedsiębiorstwa
te intensywnie wykorzystując wiedzę stanowią źródło wynalazków i innowacji.
Wysokie nakłady na działalność badawczo-rozwojową w sektorze wysokiej
techniki, wytwarzanie produktów zaawansowanych technologicznie oraz nowoczesne
formy kontaktowania się z otoczeniem rynkowym determinują dużą
efektywność w całej gospodarce.
Sektor przedsiębiorstw wysokich technologii (high-tech) zaliczany jest do
dziedzin o najwyższym stopniu wykorzystania oraz uzależnienia od tzw.
wyspecjalizowanych czynników produkcji - wiedzy i kapitału ludzkiego, kształtujących
pozycję konkurencyjną przedsiębiorstwa. Obejmuje on określoną liczbę
przedsiębiorstw z takich dziedzin, jak: technologie informatyczne i telekomunikacyjne,
biotechnologia, nanotechnologia czy robotyka, ale jego znaczący
rozwój oddziałuje istotnie na pozostałe sektory gospodarcze. Wymaga to zmian
w procesie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami, w tym szczególnie nowych rozwiązań
w sferze wyposażenia technicznego, struktury organizacyjnej, metod
zarządzania i komunikowania się z otoczeniem, zasad budowy strategii
przedsiębiorstwa oraz rozwoju zasobów kadrowych.
Tym właśnie problemom poświęcona jest niniejsza publikacja. Jest ona
zbiorem artykułów przygotowanych w związku z konferencją naukową,
nt. ,,Zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem w warunkach rozwoju wysokich technologii".
Składa się ona z pięciu części, scharakteryzowanych poniżej w sposób
syntetyczny.
Część pierwsza pt. ,,Sektor wysokich technologii w Polsce i na świecie"
dotyczy głównie makroekonomicznych uwarunkowań rozwoju sektora wysokich
technologii. Przedstawiono tu miejsce Polski na tle dynamicznego rozwoju
wysokich technologii na świecie, dokonano analizy sektora high-tech w naszym
kraju w oparciu o udział w tworzeniu wartości dodanej, poziom zatrudnienia
w przemyśle i usługach, wielkość eksportu wyrobów wysokiej techniki oraz
liczbę patentów. Podjęto także problem kapitałowych uwarunkowań rozwoju
wysokich technologii w MŚP oraz problem transferu technologii w oparciu
o doświadczenia inkubatorów przedsiębiorczości.
Drugą część pt. ,,Strategie i struktury organizacyjne przedsiębiorstw
wysokich technologii" poświecono w głównej mierze zagadnieniom strategicznym.
Podjęto w niej tematykę strategii komercjalizacji nowych technologii
i innowacyjnych rozwiązań, strategii kreacji i absorpcji wiedzy technologicznej,
źródeł finansowania rozwoju nowych technologii oraz kierunków i możliwości
wykorzystania outsourcingu w przedsiębiorstwach zaawansowanych technologicznie.
W tej części opracowania przedstawiono także specyfikę rozwiązań
organizacyjnych w takich firmach.
W trzeciej części pt. ,, Technologia informatyczna w zarządzaniu
rozwojem przedsiębiorstwa" poruszono problem wykorzystania technologii
informatycznych, zwłaszcza Internetu, w sprawnym zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem
oraz osiąganiu przez nie dojrzałości organizacyjnej. Ciekawe rozważania
dotyczą także ewolucji kategorii przedsiębiorstwa z perspektywy wykorzystania
technologii informacyjnych.
W czwartej części publikacji zaprezentowano wybrane metody, techniki
i narzędzia zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w warunkach rozwoju wysokich
technologii. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono tu na systemy ERP, UML oraz CRM
w modelowaniu procesów biznesowych. Przedstawiono tu również wielokryterialny
model organizacji i usprawnienia procesu oceny technologii, a także
model zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji w nowoczesnym środowisku
technologicznym.
Piąta część monografii pt. ,,Personel w przedsiębiorstwach wysokich
technologii" podejmuje tematykę problemów kadrowych. Dużo miejsca
poświęcono tu kompetencjom pracowniczym i karierze zawodowej pracowników
przedsiębiorstw sektora high-tech. Zwrócono także uwagę na zmiany
w systemach motywowania i organizacji pracy oraz patologie w stosunkach
pracy w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorstw wysokich technologii.
Autorzy wyrażają nadzieję, że ze względu na szeroki zakres zagadnień
i wyników badań zaprezentowanych w tej monografii, będzie ona przydatna dla
menedżerów i specjalistów odpowiedzialnych za działania rozwojowe w organizacjach
oraz dla pracowników naukowych i studentów, prowadzących badania
i studiujących problemy zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w warunkach rozwoju
wysokich technologii.
A growth of the rank of the high technique industries and a development of the high tech enterprises have been observed for the long time in the world. These companies are using knowledge intensely and they are a source of the inventions and innovations. High expenditures on the research & development in the high - tech sector, the production of advanced technologically products and the modem forms of communications with the market place determinate a large efficiency in the whole economy. The sector of the high tech enterprises is numbered to the fields of the highest degree of utilization and dependence from the specialized production factors, such as - knowledge and human capital. These factors are formatting the competitive position of the enterprise. The high tech sector includes the definite number of enterprises from such fields, as: computer and telecommunication technologies, biotechnology, nanotechnology and robotics, but its significant development indeed influences on others economic sectors. It requires some changes in the management process. Especially, there is a need of new solutions in the technical equipment and organizational structure, new methods of the management and communicating with the environment, new principles of the company's strategy formulation and a need of the human resources development. These problems are discussed in this publication. It consist of the articles prepared on the scientific conference ,,Enterprise management in the conditions of the high technology development". It includes five parts, which are described below in the synthetic way. The first part titled "High tech sector in Poland and in the world" relates mainly to the macroeconomic determinants of the high technology development. The place of Poland on the background of the dynamic high technology development in the world is here presented. There is also made analysis of polish high technology sector based on a part in creating the value added, the level of the employment in industry and services, the export size of the articles of the high technique and the number of patents. The problem of the capital determinants of the high tech development in SME and the problem of the technology transfer based on the enterprise incubators are also discussed in this part. The second part titled ,,Strategies and organizational structures of high technology enterprises" regard to the strategic problems, such as: the commercialization of new technology and innovative solutions strategy, the creation and absorption of technological knowledge strategy, the sources of funding the new technologies development and directions and possibilities of outsourcing use in advanced technologically enterprises. The specific of organizational solutions is also presented in this part of the study. In the third part tilted ,,Computer technology in management of enterprise development" , the problem of computer technology is discussed. The special attention is called to Internet and its use in the efficient enterprise management and achievement the organizational maturity by companies. Interesting considerations are connected with the evolution of the enterprise category from the perspective of informative technologies using. Chosen methods, techniques and tools of the enterprise management in the conditions of the high technology development are presented in the fourth part of this publication. The special attention was called on ERP, UML and CRM systems in modeling business processes. Multi-criterional organization and technology assessment process models are here presented. There is also described the safety information management model in the modem technological environment. The fifth part of this monograph titled ,,Staff in high technology enterprises" presented personnel problems. A lot of space is dedicated here to competences and professional career of employees of the high tech enterprises. The attention was also called on changes in the motivation systems, the work organization and pathologies in the work relations in high technology compames. The authors hope, that the wide range of problems and researches presented in this monograph will be useful for managers and experts responsible for organization development. This publication should be also interesting for scientific staff and students, which are studying and researching the problems of the enterprise management in the conditions of the high technology development.
