Abstrakt
The supply management is a complex and demanding phenomenon
which each manufacturing enterprise has to face in order to maintain its
position on the more and more saturated market. Therefore, in this paper
the author makes a clear distinction between effectiveness and efficiency
concepts and on this basis presents a proposal of measurement procedure
which can be used to evaluate the supply process. Theoretical considerations
are supported by the empirical application which verifies the usefulness
of the proposed method.
