Struktura organizacyjna wspierająca zarządzanie wiedzą w przedsiębiorstwie.

Abstract

W pracy przedstawiono cele zarządzania wiedzą oraz wskazano na rolę struktur organizacyjnych w ich realizacji. Artykuł sygnalizuje konieczność wkomponowania zarządzania wiedzą w proces zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem, niezależnie od jego wielkości i specyfiki. Zaprezentowane zostały cechy charakterystyczne wybranych typów struktur oraz organizacji, które na podstawie przeglądu literatury oraz wyników badań innych autorów uznano za wspomagające zarządzanie wiedzą.In this paper we have presented the goals of knowledge management and pointed out the role of organizational structures in their realization. The article signalizes the need of incorporating knowledge management into the process of enterprise management, irrespective of the enterprise size and specificity. This study shows the characteristic features of the selected types of structures and organization, which on the basis of the literature review and the investigational results of other authors, were acknowledged as supportive to knowledge management.
